Students of the College Launch a Voluntary Initiative to Distribute the Ramadan Imsakiyah
A number of students from the Department of Business Administration – Third Stage, at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Samarra, initiated a voluntary campaign embodying the spirit of generosity and social responsibility through the organization of a distribution drive for the Ramadan Imsakiyah for the year 1447 AH – 2026 CE, targeting university staff and students.
The initiative was carried out by the students Abdulghaffar Muammar Manaf and Hudhaifa Mohammed Adnan under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Ahmed Abdul Salam Ahmed, Assistant Professor, Ph.D., underscoring the Deanship’s firm commitment to supporting student activities of religious and social significance.
The distribution activities were conducted in a spiritually uplifting and faith-inspired atmosphere, reflecting the students’ dedication to fostering religious values and consolidating the principles of solidarity and fraternity, alongside their continued pursuit of academic excellence. The campaign received widespread commendation from members of the university community, who expressed their appreciation for the initiative’s spirit and its well-organized implementation.
This initiative constitutes part of a broader series of voluntary campaigns consistently embraced by the College of Administration and Economics, with the objective of cultivating a comprehensive university environment that harmonizes academic distinction with meaningful community engagement and attentiveness to religious and social occasions, thereby reinforcing students’ role in serving their university community and promoting a deeply rooted culture of volunteerism.
