A History Department Student Publishes an Article in Al-Dustour Newspaper on The Engineering of Souls
Ayat Maan, a student in the Department of History at the College of Education for Humanities University of Samarra, has published an article in issue No. 6524 of Al-Dustour newspaper titled \”Engineering Souls on the Battlefield: Napoleon\’s Secret That Made a Word Worth an Army Corps.\”
The article examines the role of morale in determining the outcome of battles, drawing on the experience of the French leader Napoleon Bonaparte, who used the power of words to instill confidence and strengthen the determination of his soldiers. It highlights his belief that effective leadership begins with building people before employing military capabilities.
