The College of Education for Human Sciences – University of Samarra, represented by the Graduate Studies Division, and in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the publication of the names of top-ranking applicants for postgraduate studies, announces the names of the students listed below who are exempt from taking the competitive examination, as they are the only applicants within the admission channels of their respective academic departments. Accordingly, they have been accepted in compliance with the Ministry\’s regulations without the need to sit for the competitive examination.

The College emphasizes the necessity of their attendance on the scheduled date for the interview, which will be conducted after the completion of the competitive examination for the other applicants. They are also required to bring the following documents:

The Unified National ID Card.

The Application Form.

The Interview Form.
