Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs Holds a Meeting with the Postgraduate Applicants Reception Committee
The Assistant Dean of the College of Education for Humanities for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Jassim, held a meeting with the Postgraduate Applicants Reception Committee to discuss preparations related to the application mechanism and the organization of procedures for receiving applicants in accordance with ministerial instructions and approved academic regulations.
The meeting addressed the organizational and administrative aspects of the reception process, including the distribution of tasks among committee members and the identification of procedures for reviewing files and official documents. It also discussed measures aimed at facilitating applicants’ movement and ensuring the swift and accurate completion of transactions.
Dr. Jassim emphasized the importance of adopting flexibility and organization in dealing with applicants while adhering to administrative and academic procedures that ensure the application process proceeds smoothly and reflects the institutional standards of the college.
The meeting also witnessed the presentation of several proposals to develop the committee’s workflow, including organizing reception areas, unifying document-review procedures, and providing clear and direct responses to applicants’ inquiries, thereby contributing to a more efficient and well-organized administrative environment during the application period.
