College of Education for Humanities Invites Students Wishing to Transfer or Apply as Visiting Students to Visit the Registration Division

The College of Education for Humanities at the University of Samarra has invited students wishing to apply for transfer or visiting student status for the 2026–2027 academic year to visit the Registration Division at their home college to complete the application procedures in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The College confirmed that applications must be submitted through the electronic transfer and visiting student application form via the student\’s home university or college, with a maximum of five choices. It also noted that the application deadline is the end of official working hours on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Students are requested to prepare the following documents when visiting the Student Affairs Division:

Civil ID or Unified National Card.

Residence Card.

Student ID.

Certificate of Enrollment.

Academic Transcript.

Student Examination Results.

The College also urged students to review the transfer and visiting student regulations and ensure that all eligibility requirements are met before submitting their applications to facilitate the completion of their requests within the specified deadline.
