A Faculty Member from the Department of Life Sciences Selected to Serve on a Master’s Thesis Defense Committee at Tikrit University

Assistant Professor Dr. Khalida Khalil Abdullah, a faculty member in the Department of Life Sciences at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Samarra, has been selected as a member of a Master’s thesis defense committee at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Tikrit University.

The thesis, entitled “Evaluation of the Protective Role of Celery (Apium graveolens) Extract Against Physiological, Immunological, and Histological Changes Induced by Consumption of a High-Fat Diet in Albino Rats,” was presented by the student Yahya Abdullah Saeed.

Dr. Abdullah was selected in recognition of her expertise and distinguished academic standing in evaluating and discussing scientific theses, as well as her precise scientific observations and recommendations. This selection also reflects the active role played by the faculty members of the University of Samarra in academic committees both within and outside the university.
