Registration Division Continues Receiving Students and Processing Transfer and Guest Student Applications

The Registration Division at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Samarra, continues to receive students and process their transfer and guest student applications as part of its ongoing efforts to provide administrative services and facilitate procedures in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The Division’s staff receive students, respond to their inquiries, and complete transfer and guest student procedures. They also verify and update student records and finalize the required administrative processes, ensuring that all applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

The Head of the Registration Division affirmed that the Division has mobilized all its resources to facilitate student procedures and provide an organized environment that contributes to the smooth and timely completion of transactions. He also noted the distribution of student ID cards issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the HEPQ application.
