Academic Cooperation Between the Faculties of Engineering and Arts to Prepare Examination Halls
In an effort to strengthen the principle of integration and cooperation between the university’s faculties, the deans of the Faculties of Engineering and Arts held a joint meeting. The meeting included the deans and their assistants for scientific affairs to discuss the mechanisms for preparing the classrooms in the Faculty of Engineering to receive students from the Faculty of Arts for their final examinations.
The meeting involved a discussion of the necessary logistical and technical preparations to ensure a suitable examination environment, ranging from hall preparation to the provision of essential services that contribute to student comfort and ensure the smooth flow of the examination process.
In a related context, the importance of prior coordination between the two parties was emphasized to organize schedules and distribute halls in a manner that achieves the highest levels of discipline and organization.
