Ensuring a Robust Academic Environment: Dean of the College of Engineering Monitors the Smoothness of Final Exams
The Dean of the College of Engineering at Samarra University, Assistant Professor Dr. Amjed Saleh Mahmood, monitored the progress of the first-semester final exams (first attempt) for the academic year 2025-2026. He was accompanied during his field monitoring by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Mohammed Abdul-Jabbar Hassan, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed.
While present in the examination halls, the Dean reviewed the general atmosphere and the smoothness of the ongoing procedures. He emphasized the necessity of continuously providing all requirements to ensure that students perform their exams in an appropriate and calm environment that meets the required academic standards. Furthermore, he engaged in discussions with the examination committees to ensure that the environment aligns with the psychological and logistical needs of the students.
In a related context, the Dean directed the importance of adhering to the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University Presidency. He praised the active role played by the examination committees and the teaching staff in managing the organizational process with high professionalism and extreme precision, which contributes to maintaining the integrity and smoothness of the examinations.
