In Culmination of His Humanitarian Contributions… The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers Honors an Employee at the Faculty of Engineering

The Permanent Committee for Monitoring Voluntary Work at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers honored Mr. Muhammad Flayyih Rahim, an employee in the Media and Government Communication Unit at the Faculty of Engineering, Samarra University, recognizing him as one of the most prominent influential activists in voluntary work across Iraq for the year 2026, representing Saladin Governorate and the city of the Two Imams Al-Askariyayn (peace be upon them).
This recognition came during the Second Conference for Iraqi Volunteer Work Day, organized under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Mr. Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, and supervised by the Secretary-General, Dr. Hamid Naim Al-Ghizzi, under the slogan: “The Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) as a Model for Voluntary Work.”
The event featured a presentation of the achievements report for 2025 and honored distinguished institutions, teams, and volunteers, while emphasizing continued government support to transform humanitarian initiatives into sustainable institutional work serving society.
On this occasion, the Deanship of the Faculty of Engineering, represented by its Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Amjed Saleh Mahmood, congratulates Mr. Muhammad Flayyih Rahim on this distinguished merit, expressing pride in this achievement that reflects the bright image of the faculty’s staff, and wishing him continued success in his generous journey of serving the public good.
