The Courtyard of the College of Engineering Transforms into a Warm Ramadan Portrait during a Collective Iftar for its Students

Students of the Architecture and Civil Engineering departments at the University of Samarra organized collective Iftar banquets within the halls of their college, transforming the college courtyard into a warm family space that brought together teaching staff and students from various academic levels.
The students collaborated in preparing and organizing the table with artistic touches reflecting their architectural and engineering tastes, which added a character of beauty and organization to the venue.
For their part, the participants expressed their happiness with this initiative, which transcended its traditional framework to become a bridge for strengthening human bonds and team spirit, emphasizing its role in creating a positive university environment that integrates social communication with academic achievement and breaks routine barriers between professors and students.
The evenings concluded with dialogue sessions that brought professors and students together to exchange professional visions and aspirations, amid praise from the College Deanship for these annual initiatives organized by several academic levels for their role in enhancing academic cohesion and refining the student’s personality.
On his part, the Dean emphasized in his speech the importance of drawing deep lessons from the holy month of Ramadan, noting that this month is not limited to being an act of worship only, but rather represents an integrated school in self-discipline and enhancing the values of patience, discipline, and commitment. He also called on students to invest these values in their scientific and professional careers, making them a foundation for achieving success and excellence, and building personalities capable of taking responsibility and serving the community with a positive and cooperative spirit.
It is worth noting that the collective Iftar banquets witnessed organization and coordination by students of multiple academic levels at different time intervals, which embodied the spirit of teamwork and the high capacity for management and organization among the college students.
