Awareness Campaign on the Secrets of Surah Al-Fatiha Through Educational Posters

The Department of Creed and Islamic Thought at the College of Islamic Sciences organized a field awareness campaign by posting a series of educational posters throughout the college corridors and facilities. The campaign aimed to highlight the meanings and secrets of Surah Al-Fatiha, as it is regarded as the essence of the Qur’an and the foundation of a Muslim’s faith and intellectual development.

The posters included concise statements and scholarly content based on interpretations of Qur’anic exegesis (Tafsir), addressing several key themes such as the concepts of monotheism within the surah, its educational objectives, its role in refining behavior, and aspects of its rhetorical and spiritual inimitability.

This campaign is part of a series of awareness activities organized by the department to sound religious awareness among students and strengthen their connection with Qur’anic texts through modern and impactful methods, contributing to the reinforcement of Islamic values within the university environment.
