Central Committee from the University of Samarra Presidency Reviews Quality and Accreditation Status in the Laboratories of the College of Islamic Sciences

The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Samarra received a central committee from the Department of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation at the University Presidency in a field visit aimed at assessing the status of educational laboratories and their readiness in accordance with quality and academic accreditation standards, in the presence of the Dean and a number of relevant administrative officials.

The visit included a field tour of the college’s laboratories to review operational mechanisms, the level of organization of the laboratory environment, and its alignment with modern academic standards, in addition to evaluating procedures related to technical and administrative performance and quality assurance of educational outcomes.

During the visit, the committee discussed the extent of the college’s compliance with academic accreditation standards, particularly in relation to developing laboratory infrastructure, updating operational tools, and providing occupational safety requirements, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the educational environment supporting academic and research progress.

The committee confirmed that such visits come within the framework of the university’s plans to promote a culture of institutional quality and to monitor the implementation of national accreditation standards, contributing to improving academic performance and strengthening the university’s academic standing.
