College of Islamic Sciences Council Holds Its Eleventh Open Session to Follow Up on Academic and Administrative Affairs
The Council of the College of Islamic Sciences held its eleventh open session under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hassan Ahmed Hussein, with the attendance of council members, to discuss a number of academic and administrative matters related to the progress of work within the college.
The session agenda included discussions on first-year examinations for both morning and evening studies, with emphasis on the necessity of completing the master sheets accurately and within the required timeframe. The council also stressed the importance of approving academic defenses and discussions in accordance with established academic procedures.
Furthermore, the council reviewed the schedule of competitive examinations for applicants to postgraduate studies, emphasizing adherence to ministerial regulations and instructions governing the examination process to ensure transparency and fairness in admission procedures.
At the conclusion of the session, the Dean highlighted the importance of coordinated efforts among committees and academic departments to accomplish assigned tasks within specified timelines, thereby contributing to the enhancement of academic and administrative performance within the college.
