Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences Conducts Field Follow-Up on Administrative Units Within the Administrative Accompaniment Program

As part of the Deanship of the College of Islamic Sciences’ commitment to strengthening direct communication and monitoring administrative workflow, the Dean, Prof. Dr. Hassan Ahmed Hussein, conducted a field accompaniment visit to the administrative divisions and units to observe daily work mechanisms, follow up on performance levels, and identify key needs and obstacles that contribute to institutional development.

The visit included a tour of several departments and units, during which the Dean reviewed completed tasks, listened to staff feedback and suggestions, and emphasized the importance of teamwork and adherence to administrative procedures that enhance performance quality and service delivery.

This field accompaniment aims to strengthen a positive work environment, institutionalize field supervision, and support administrative efforts directed toward achieving quality and excellence in performance, in line with the college’s vision for sustainable institutional development.
