Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences Participates in the Meeting of the National Permanent Committee for Community Awareness and Guidance at Bayt Al-Hikma
The Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Samarra, Professor Dr. Hassan Ahmed Hussein, participated in a meeting held by the National Permanent Committee for Community Awareness and Guidance at Bayt Al-Hikma. The meeting was attended by the heads of the Committee of Deans of Colleges of Islamic Sciences and a number of college deans, in response to an official invitation issued by the Iraqi Prime Minister’s Office.
The meeting discussed the program entitled “Our Sacred Sites: Our Heritage, Our Future,” which aims to enhance public awareness of the importance of preserving cultural and religious heritage and strengthening the values of national belonging through activating the scientific and cultural role of academic institutions in promoting community awareness and guidance.
The participation of the Dean reflects the College of Islamic Sciences’ commitment to actively contributing to national initiatives and strengthening cooperation with official and intellectual institutions in a manner that serves society and reinforces the university’s role in supporting programs aimed at spreading awareness and promoting scientific and national values.
