Samarra University Employee Participates in Strategic Meeting for Developing the AI System in the Association of Arab Universities
Engineer Raqeeb Mahmoud Hassan, an employee of the Electronic Computer Center at the Rectorship of the University of Samarra, participated as a representative of the University of Samarra in the strategic meeting held by Ajloun National University in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
The attendees from various public and private Iraqi and Arab universities sought to benefit from shared expertise and enhance opportunities for research and academic cooperation with one another.
This effort aims to contribute to raising the standard of higher education, developing scientific research, and strengthening the universities’ capacity to prepare specialized staff capable of leading the digital transformation across different sectors.
The participation of the University of Samarra, among the participating universities, embodies its keenness to keep pace with global and regional technological advancements and its continuous pursuit to enhance its academic and research standing at both the national and Arab levels.
Furthermore, it reflects the university’s vision for developing the capabilities of its specialized staff in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation and contributing effectively to building distinguished academic partnerships with leading Arab universities.
In the same context, the Rectorship of the University of Samarra emphasizes the importance of such initiatives in promoting joint Arab cooperation and contributing to building a promising future for higher education in the Arab world.
It is worth noting that this meeting is the first of its kind among the foundational steps for the Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation Center within the Association of Arab Universities.
