A faculty member from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences has published a research paper in an international journal.

Assistant Lecturer (Ali Fawzi Ahmed) of the University of Samarra published his study in the Indonesian Musamus Journal of Physical Education and Sport (MJPES), a specialized journal in the field.

Titled “Digital Leadership and Its Impact on Improving Administrative Performance within Sports Institutions,” the study examines the role of digital leadership in enhancing administrative performance and its relationship with institutional outcomes.

The findings show that digital transformation improves efficiency, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction, while emphasizing the importance of adopting digital leadership in institutional development.

The study recommends strengthening digital infrastructure and promoting innovation and governance to achieve excellence and sustainability, reflecting the College’s commitment to advancing scientific research and international presence.
