The Administrative Assistant Follows Up on the Vehicle Division’s Work at the University and Issues Directives for Its Preparation

Assistant Professor Dr. Ziyad Tariq Ibrahim, Assistant to the University President for Administrative Affairs, followed up on the work of the Vehicle Division under the Department of Administrative Affairs at the university presidency. This comes as part of his semi-annual plan within the recently launched Coexistence Initiative.

Dr. Tariq reviewed the operations of the division and the responsibilities of its technical staff, directing that the team be reinforced with technicians and skilled workers specialized in automotive mechanics and electrical systems.

In the same context, the assistant emphasized the importance of repairing university vehicles at the university’s workshop. He instructed that the workshop be equipped with original spare parts and fully stocked with manual tools to support the maintenance and rehabilitation of university vehicles.

Additionally, the administrative assistant examined the fuel distribution process for the university and its branches, ordering the rehabilitation of the fuel station. He also stressed the need to replace the current sandwich panel structures with permanent construction.

This visit marks the second as part of the administrative assistant’s semi-annual plan aimed at improving operations across university departments.
