Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf receives membership in the International Universities Association
In support of close cooperation and coordination of efforts and tireless endeavors to develop universities, stimulate excellence, and confirm quality control and accreditation, the International Universities Association granted an individual membership identity to the President of Samarra University, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, in addition to a certificate of participation in appreciation of his participation in the mentioned Union’s twenty-ninth conference in pursuit of the academic in Universities and institutions of higher education and scientific research being a leading beacon of knowledge in the academic field.
It is noteworthy that Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi al-Samarrai presided over the tenth and closing session of the conference.
