Assistant Lecturer Arslan Ismail Ahmed participated in the virtual annual conference for Iraqi universities that was held at the University of Al-Qadisiyah under the title (strategic companies and their role in promoting and developing university libraries) with a research paper tagged ((Our universities’ libraries: problems and solutions)) and included identifying major problems that libraries suffer from Colleges and universities of Iraq and pointing out possible solutions.
