A professor from our university participates in the 3rd International Conference on Engineering and Materials Science

Professor Muhammad Fadil Hassan, in the Department of Civil Engineering, obtained a certificate of participation in the Third International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering, which was scheduled to be held in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur and was held virtually for the period from 28 to 30 December 2020.
And that after his successful presentation with the research titled “EFFECT OF MK AND SF ON THE CONCRETE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES.”

It addresses the use of environmentally friendly concrete additives such as Metacaqueline and silica dust in different proportions to improve the mechanical properties of concrete such as compression resistance, bending resistance, and fission resistance.
And this is the first time that these two materials are collected in one research inside Iraq and it is considered a scientific and practical addition to structural and environmental engineering in Iraq in general and Salah al-Din in particular.
