A professor from our university publishes joint research in an international journal
Assistant Professor Abbas Hadi Abbas, in the Department of Architecture, College of Engineering, the University of Samarra, and Assistant Lecturer Rand Rafi Ahmed, a professor at the College of Engineering, Tikrit University, published their paper entitled, “Design of reverse osmosis membrane for softening of groundwater at the site of agriculture College –University of Tikrit –Iraq by using ROSA-72 software”

It is an international magazine that is Scopus ranked, of ELSEVIER publishing house.
The research relates to designing a Reverse Osmosis Membrane to remove salts and desalinate groundwater in Salah El-Din Governorate – Tikrit city, using the ROSA-72 program. The research is a serious contribution to reducing the demand for lack freshwater in the future, as an application of Sustainability using software to design the system.
