Mobile phones and cartoon films and their impact on children’s behavior

 

Under the guidance of the President of the University of Samarra, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Al-Samarrai, and supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Hassan Ahmed Al-Jawary, the College of Islamic Sciences, in cooperation with the Religious Education and Islamic Studies at the Sunni Endowment and the Center for Continuing Education at the University, held its attendance and tagged scientific symposium (mobile phones, cartoon films and their impact on the behavior of Children) on Monday morning, February 21, 2022, at the Knowledge Hall.

The symposium dealt with many aspects and adverse effects of mobile phones and cartoon channels on the health and behavior of children. The lecturers explained the systematic attack and Western cultural invasion on our Islamic society and Islam, targeting children’s segment through digital cartoon games which reflect on the impact of the child’s psyche, such as fear and terror, dispersing ideas, and trying to change their religion and eliminating the inherited principles, values in our Islamic societies based on the sound curriculum of our religion.

The outputs of the symposium were reached by researching the monitoring of children and even adolescents by the father and mother as they watch the widely available cartoon channels and the legalization of the use of electronic devices and mobile phone devices.
