The Assistant President of Samarra University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Kamal Hussein Ahmed, met with the Director of the Department of Graduate Studies, Dr. Qutaiba Yousef Hamid, and the Director of Computer and Informatics Center, professor Raed Ashraf Kamel.

He directed open the registration for English and computer courses and the Arabic language exam for applicants for graduate studies in implementing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research directives, which extended the application period for graduate studies until April 17.
