Administrative Assistant Oversees Activities at the College of Physical Education
Assistant Professor Dr. Ziyad Tariq Ibrahim, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, reviewed the operations of the administrative departments at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences as part of the administrative engagement plan launched earlier this April.
Dr. Ziyad visited the administrative units and divisions within the college to follow up on their staff’s performance, assess their needs, and address any obstacles hindering administrative processes. The goal is to enhance workflow and provide support and facilitation for employees.
In another aspect of the visit, Dr. Tariq reviewed the Civil Defense duty logs at the college and praised the staff’s adherence to civil defense protocols and their diligence in submitting daily reports.
It is worth noting that this visit is part of a series of inspections carried out by the Administrative Assistant as part of his six-month initiative to engage with various university departments in an effort to improve administrative performance and overcome any challenges faced by university staff.
