The President of Samarra University welcomes the Director of Civil Status and Passports in Salah al-Din Governorate
Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi al-Samarrai – President of Samarra University – welcomed Brigadier General Hisham Abdel Karim al-Azzawi – Director of Civil Status, Passports and Residence – in Salah al-Din Governorate, and Colonel Riyad Younis Saleh – Director of the National Card – in Samarra District.
The meeting took place in the presence of Mr. Badr Laftah Najm – Director of the Follow-up and Security Department – at the university; To discuss several topics that serve the university and its staff. And find the easiest ways to facilitate the mechanism of transactions and overcome obstacles towards them, stressing their keenness to support the university and its students in a way that serves the educational process and enhances its role and leadership.
