The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics meets with the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq
The Dean of the College of Management and Economics at the University of Samarra, Professor Dr. Nazhan Mohammed Al-Saho, met with Professor Dr. Ammar Hamad Khalaf, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, on the sidelines of the 17th Scientific Conference organized by the Iraqi Society for Statistical Sciences in Basra Governorate on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
During the meeting, they discussed some of the current economic issues in Iraq, especially the financial and banking reforms being carried out by the Central Bank and their impact on the economic activity.
In turn, the Dean invited the Deputy Governor to give a lecture on the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on economic activity inside Iraq and its implications for the lives of Iraqi citizens
