A student from the College of Applied Sciences achieves second place in the University Debates

Raghad Imad Al-Din Taha, a third-year student in the Department of Biotechnology at the College of Applied Sciences, University of Samarra, secured second place after being awarded the title of “Best Speaker among ten participants” in the third edition of the Scientific University Debates for the academic year 2025–2026.

The competition rounds were held online via the Zoom platform and were organized by the International Academy for Leadership and Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In the same context, eight public and private universities participated in the debates, including the University of Samarra, Al-Mustansiriya University, University of Mosul, Al-Mustaqbal University, Al-Noor University, Al-Mashreq University, and the National University of Science and Technology
