Department of Administrative Affairs Begins Planting 1,000 Flowers in University Gardens
The Department of Administrative Affairs at the Rectorship of Samarra University has commenced the planting of 1,000 various flower seedlings across the university’s gardens.
This initiative aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the campus and expand its green spaces.
The head of the University’s Afforestation Unit confirmed that the campaign includes a variety of floral species, such as Carnations, Ornamental Cabbage (Kale), and Mexican Marigolds.
It is worth noting that this campaign is a continuation of the afforestation efforts launched by the university a month ago.
These activities are in line with the Prime Minister’s national initiative, which aims to plant five million trees and palm trees across the country.
