The University of Samarra shares the joy with Gaza on the announcement of the ceasefire

The Media and Government Communication Department at the presidency of the University of Samarra organized a solidarity stand with the Palestinian people, sharing the joy of the people of Gaza on the announcement of the ceasefire and the end of the war.

The event was attended by the university’s Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, college deans’ deputies, faculty members, staff, and students. Participants prayed for mercy for the martyred heroes and recovery for the wounded affected by the fierce battles over the past period, expressing their hope that peace and security prevail for all Arab nations, particularly for the Palestinian people, as this decision comes into effect.

Additionally, media units within the university’s departments organized similar stands in their respective colleges in celebration of this decision.

The university president, for his part, congratulated the people of Gaza on this decision, expressing his joy at its imminent implementation at the beginning of next week.
