Title: Business Administration Students Conduct a Seminar on Human Resources

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Samarra organized a seminar on “Mindfulness and Its Impact on Human Resources in Modern Organizations,” led and presented by a group of the college’s students.

The students aimed to clarify the extent of mindfulness’ influence in the workplace, highlighting both its positive and negative effects from psychological and neurological perspectives.

They explained that mindfulness and a comfortable work environment contribute to increased productivity and foster creative insights that can lead to innovative intellectual breakthroughs.

The seminar concluded with recommendations for business leaders, including the importance of allowing space for mindfulness to achieve unique positive outcomes. They also suggested establishing a “protocol” to reinforce the concept of mindfulness due to its role in reducing stress and anxiety, thereby enhancing overall employee well-being and mental health.

It is noteworthy that the college administration has established a continuous initiative that involves students in managing public activities, as part of their practical training. This initiative aligns with the college’s goal of equipping students with dialogue and persuasion skills, ensuring their success in the job market.
