The Ministry of Higher Education reveals more than one thousand and three hundred free fellowships and grants for Iraqi students in universities around the world
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has achieved 1304 paid fellowships and grants for Iraqi students at the level of bachelor’s, masters, and doctoral degrees in various countries, including Russia, China, Malaysia, as well as Egypt, Jordan, and other Arab and regional countries.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has succeeded in activating and investing agreements with countries and twinning programs with universities, developing cooperation contexts, and benefiting from the expertise and scientific and cultural relations that enhance the international standing and reputation of Iraqi university institutions.
