Assistant Professor at the College of Education, Azra Hamed publishes paper within Scopus containers

 

Assistant Professor Azra Hamed Jassim – Teaching – at the College of Education at Samarra University, published a paper entitled “The Toxic Effects of Different Concentrations of Rosmarinus Domesticis Officinalis Oil on Adults of Musca Domestica in Different periods,” in which she participated with Dr. Khaled Muhammad Abbas – Teaching In the open college.
And this is part of the issue of “Caspian Journal of Environmental Sciences,” which is classified among the Scopus containers Q3 with an impact factor: Sitecore 0.8.

The paper presented a study evaluating the toxic effects of a group of different concentrations of rosemary oil on adult houseflies after 48.24 hours of treatment.
The study showed that all concentrations gave varying killing rates and that the highest killing rates among the treatments were at the concentration of 100%, reaching (86% and 100%) after 48.24 hours of treatment, respectively. The lowest killing rate was at the concentration of 25%, reaching (10% and 20%) after 24,48 hours of treatment, respectively.
The other concentrations gave varying killing rates between treatments and for different periods.
