University of Samarra Congratulates Broadcasters on World Radio Day
The Presidency of the University of Samarra extends its congratulations to broadcasters and those working in audio media on the 12th World Radio Day, observed annually on February 13th. This day was designated as World Radio Day following its official adoption by the United Nations General Assembly through Resolution 67/124 on January 14, 2013, building upon UNESCO’s declaration in 2011. In this context, the media department of the University of Samarra wishes radio professionals continued success in their careers, encouraging them to remain conveyors of truth, distinguished by neutrality and objectivity.
