Government Contracts Division at the University of Samarra Holds Meeting with University Property Tenants
The Government Contracts Division at the University of Samarra held an extensive meeting with current tenants of university properties, as well as those interested in renting newly available properties.
The meeting included the Security Permits Department, participating alongside the Government Contracts Division to strengthen its role with tenants and to ensure the security of university properties. The division has finalized the signing of contracts with tenants, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the terms agreed upon by both parties. Additionally, tenants are required to comply with the university’s regulations, environmental and safety guidelines (ISO14001), and health and safety procedures (ISO45001).
The head of the Government Contracts Division in the university administration affirmed that the university reserves the right to hold tenants accountable for any breaches of contract or health and safety regulations, up to and including the withdrawal of the property from the tenant.
