Student Activities Department Holds First Meeting to Plan Second Semester Activities

The Student Activities Department at the Presidency of the University of Samarra held its first meeting for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Rahman Ibrahim Abdul Karim, the department’s director.

The meeting was attended by officials from the artistic, scouting, and sports activities divisions within the department, as well as heads of divisions and units from various university formations.

During the meeting, participants discussed the future activity plan that the department aims to implement in the second semester, in accordance with the schedule set by the ministry.

The director emphasized that the divisions and units of student activities in the colleges are proceeding according to the established plan and are striving to achieve the maximum number of sports, artistic, and scouting activities this semester. He also highlighted the department’s readiness to sponsor and host external activities organized at the level of Iraqi universities.
