The Computation Center Organizes a Training Workshop to Develop the Publishing System on the Official Website
The Computation Center at the Rectorship of Samarra University organized a training workshop targeting the heads of Information Technology and Media divisions in the colleges; with the aim of developing the electronic publishing and digital media system at the university, presented by Assist. Lect. (Raqeeb Mahmoud Hassan), head of the website division.
Raqeeb addressed the new mechanism for managing news and electronic publishing on the official website, which relies on publishing news via one of the university’s affiliated sites and distributing it in a unified and organized manner to the rest of the websites of colleges and formations, contributing to unifying the media discourse, speeding up publishing processes, and ensuring content accuracy and quality.
In the same context, the website official worked on adopting a unified and consistent visual identity for the university and all its colleges according to the visual identity approved in digital content, aiming to enhance the official institutional image of Samarra University and present its activities and electronic content in a professional, coordinated manner that reflects its academic and administrative standing.
In turn, the lecturer praised the direct support and supervision from the administration of the Electronic Computing Center, which reflected on the workshop’s success in addition to providing the appropriate environment to achieve its goals. He expressed his thanks for the distinguished efforts made by the representatives of the Media and Information Technology divisions in the colleges and the university presidency, affirming that this constructive cooperation represents an important step towards enhancing and developing the efficiency of media and digital work at the university and all its formations.
