University of Samarra Hosts Ministerial Technical Support Team for Student Information System (SIS)

The Computation Center at the University of Samarra Rectorship hosted, via video conference, the Ministerial Technical Support Team for the Student Information System (SIS), following an invitation extended by the university to the team.

The hosting was conducted under the supervision of the Vice rector for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Kamal Hussein Ahmed, and accompanied by the Director of the Computation Center at the university—the initiator of the invitation.

The televised meeting was attended by coordinators of scientific departments, heads of registration and student affairs units across the university’s formations, in addition to several members of the examination committees.

During the session, the attendees discussed the obstacles facing registration workflows, the technical issues hindering the system’s performance within colleges, the completion of requirements, and the migration of student data.

On their part, the ministerial team worked on resolving all system-related issues and streamlining the tasks for data entry personnel in real-time during the meeting.
