University of Samarra Lecturer’s Dissertation Awarded Distinction by University of Tikrit

Assistant Lecturer Noor Sarhan Ahmed from the College of Arts at the University of Samarra has been awarded a distinction for her doctoral dissertation after its defense at the College of Agriculture, University of Tikrit, specializing in Food Sciences.

The dissertation, titled “Determining the Relationship Between Types of Therapeutic Probiotics Isolated and the Health Status of Newborns,” examined the impact of therapeutic probiotics on improving the general health of newborns.

The study focused on analyzing different types of therapeutic probiotics and their role in enhancing immunity and improving digestive functions in infants.

The researcher employed an advanced analytical methodology to examine the biological effects of therapeutic probiotics, collecting and analyzing multiple samples using modern microbiological techniques.

The study found a positive relationship between the use of these probiotics and the improvement of general health in newborns, opening new horizons for developing innovative treatments based on probiotics.

The Media and Government Communication Department, on behalf of the University of Samarra staff, congratulates Lecturer Noor Sarhan Ahmed on obtaining her doctoral degree and advancing in her scientific specialization, wishing her continued success in the future.
