University of Samarra Welcomes a Ministerial Committee from the Department of Supervision and Scientific Evaluation

Professor Dr. Kamal Hussein Ahmed, (Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs), received in his office on the morning of Tuesday, October 26th, a committee from the Department of Supervision and Scientific Evaluation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The committee was tasked with assessing the conditions of the university’s dormitories.

The visit included an inspection of the operations of the administrative divisions and units in the Department of Dormitory Affairs, focusing on their handling of official correspondence from the ministry and the university’s organizational structures.

The committee was accompanied by Assistant Lecturer Muqdad Ali Ahmed (Director of the Department) during their tour of the dormitory buildings utilized by the university. These include off-campus dormitories housing undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as the on-campus dormitory complex for female students.

The committee reviewed the living conditions of the students in the dormitories and the university’s role in providing necessary resources and services.

At the conclusion of their visit, the committee members expressed their satisfaction with the level of services provided to the students and extended their appreciation for the considerable efforts made to support the university’s students.
