The University of Samarra – College of Engineering organizes a symposium entitled Urban Renewal in Cities
Under the guidance of the President of Samarra University, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, and supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Amjad Saleh Mahmoud, the Department of Architecture at the College of Engineering held an online symposium entitled (Urban Renewal in Cities).
The symposium was Prepared and presented by Assistant Professor Dr. (Maysoon Mahy Hilal), faculty in the Department of Architecture.
The symposium aimed to identify new methods of urban renewal in the countries of the world to take advantage of them and evacuate the afflicted areas in the inner cities to remove slums.
The symposium concluded with a set of inquiries from professors and employees of Iraqi universities as well as from engineers affiliated with other government departments and appraising the efforts made, wishing them continued success in the service of the scientific journey.
