The international journal ELSEVIER published a paper for Assistant Professor Natiq Abbas Fadel, one of the professors of Samarra University, College of Engineering, Department of Electromechanical Engineering, entitled: Design and modeling of hybrid photovoltaic micro-hydro power for Al-Bakur road lighting: A case study.

It is noteworthy that ELSEVIER journal is one of the scientific journals that is issued monthly with world-class content and it is within the Scopus containers.
