A faculty member at the University of Samarra publishes a joint book on the Arab Mashreq and the Palestinian cause as a model

Professor Dr. Adel Mohammed Hussein (a faculty member in the College of Education) has published a joint book with Dr. Khansa Abdul Rahim Saeed (an employee at the Iraqi Ministry of Education) titled “Tunisia and the Issues of the Arab Mashreq 1967-1991: Iraq, Egypt, and the Palestinian Cause as a Model,” published by Dar Nashiroon in Iraq.

Hussein and Khansa explained Tunisia’s foreign policy regarding its relations with Egypt, Iraq, and the Palestinian cause, highlighting its supportive or opposing stance. They also uncovered hidden aspects of its dealings with the issues of the Arab Mashreq as a whole.

The authors concluded that the Arab Mashreq countries have been taking the correct steps toward building states with their security and stability after gaining independence. This development disturbed the countries that once colonized them, leading to the formulation of conspiracies aimed at undermining Arab unity.
