An employee at the College of Administration and Economics obtains a Master’s degree in measuring levels of wild reeds
Omar Jamal Badri, an employee at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Samarra, has obtained a Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences from the College of Agriculture at the University of Tikrit. His thesis was titled “The Use of Different Levels of Wild Reeds, Untreated with Fiber-Degrading Enzymes, in the Physiological Performance of Awassi Lambs.”
In his thesis, Badri aimed to investigate the impact of different levels of wild reeds and their effects on the physical and biochemical properties of blood in Awassi sheep and the impact of adding enzymes on the production and physiological performance of Awassi lambs.
The researcher concluded in his study that various dietary additives and methods can benefit farmers by increasing the availability of ready-to-use wild reed feed in the easiest and most affordable way in the local market. Additionally, he examined changes in the livestock environment, such as weather conditions.
The Department of Media and Government Communication congratulates Mr. Omar Jamal Badri on obtaining his Master’s degree and wishes him further academic progress.
