College of Education Organizes Activity on the Dangers of Child Abuse
The College of Education at the University of Samarra organized an activity titled “Family Awareness on the Dangers of Excessive Violence Against Children,” supervised by a group of faculty members from the Department of Quranic Sciences. The activity included the display of awareness posters defining violence and highlighting the psychological and physical problems children suffer as a result of abuse. The organizers emphasized the importance of empowering families to provide a safe and healthy environment for children, promoting a culture of dialogue and understanding, avoiding violence and child mistreatment, and raising societal awareness about children’s rights. These activities align with the university administration’s goals to spread community awareness and enhance a culture of dialogue and proper upbringing.
