Dr. Ziyad Tariq Ibrahim Appointed as Administrative Assistant to the President of the University of Samarra

Assistant Professor Dr. Ziyad Tariq Ibrahim has assumed his duties as the Administrative Assistant to the President of the University of Samarra, succeeding Professor Dr. Zuhair Qasim Muhammad.

The handover ceremony took place in the President’s office, in the presence of members of the University of Samarra Council.

The University President expressed his gratitude to Professor Dr. Zuhair Qasim Muhammad for the efforts he exerted during his tenure and extended congratulations to the new assistant on assuming his duties at the beginning of the current week.

Members of the University Council also thanked the former assistant and wished Assistant Professor Dr. Ziyad Tariq Ibrahim success in his new position.

The Media and Government Communication Department at the Presidency of the University of Samarra likewise congratulated the new Administrative Assistant on taking up his new responsibilities, wishing him success and prosperity in his role.
