By the following-up of the President, Professor Dr. Sabah Allawi, and the great efforts of the Construction Department staff and the Engineering Consulting Office at the University, has completed the mosque’s building in a beautiful engineering shape that suits the University’s designs with an ideal location that facilitates students and teaching staff to perform worship calmly.
Importantly, pointing to allocating a special place for female students in another location, which has been equipped with the requirements.
We point out here that the construction of the University’s mosque was within the project costs for the university presidency building and its annexes without adding any new amount to the project’s planned costs.
Some professors donated mattresses, refrigeration, furniture, and supplies.
