The College of Agriculture Continues Afforestation Campaigns by Planting 100 Trees
The College of Agriculture at the University of Samarra has planted 100 types of shade trees in its courtyards and gardens as part of its ongoing afforestation campaign.
The campaign aims to reduce desertification, create a healthy environment free from pollution, and increase green spaces within the college.
The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Khalid Abdullah Suhr, supervised the campaign and followed the plan implemented by the college in accordance with the Prime Minister’s recommendations in their campaign to plant 5 million trees.
