The President of the University of Samarra, Professor Dr. Sabah Alawi Khalaf, monitored the new reconstruction campaigns across all university buildings during a field tour. He was accompanied by the Assistant Deans of the College of Education and the Director of the Reconstruction and Projects Department at the university presidency.

Dr. Alawi reviewed the final touches on the new buildings before their handover, providing some additional remarks to complete the work. He also instructed that contractors be given a timeframe not exceeding 48 hours to deliver the new buildings, allowing students to begin using them with the start of the second semester.

Additionally, the university president oversaw the campaign to remove old buildings constructed with foam insulation and plastic coverings, in accordance with ministry directives. He also inspected the completion of work on the third floor of the university presidency building and the cladding of its facade.

In the same context, the Director of Reconstruction and Projects confirmed that the specialized committees at the university presidency are working at an increasing pace, continuously monitoring reconstruction efforts to ensure all buildings are delivered on schedule.
